  • Is GSH safe to take?
    Yes it is a natural antioxidant already in your body, depletes as you age. You are helping your body restore depleted levels and restoring balance.
  • Why have I not heard of this natural antioxidant, glutathione, before?
    It has been marketed to athletes for endurance, performance, increased energy and recovery.
  • Can I be allergic to GSH?
    GSH is non allergenic as it is already in your body. In rare cases, clients have had allergic reactions to GSH. Please stop use, call and notify our staff.
  • When is it best to take GSH?
    Best to take in the morning to get the most of your dose.
  • Is it safe to take GSH with my other medications?
    Yes, continue to take your prescribed medications.
  • What could I expect at the injection site?
    Mild redness, swelling, irritation, itching, bruising or pain at the injection site. These reactions resolves within 1-3 days. Please advise our team of any other symptoms that may appear. TIP- Hydrocortisone cream will help relieve redness, irritation, swelling, pain or itching.
  • Should I take GSH at night?
    No, you could disrupt your sleep. To get the most out of your GSH dose, administer in the morning. This way you can get the most out of your GSH therapy. You may experience a boost of energy 4-8 hours later. One size does not fit all, time varies.

  • Is GSH considered an anti-aging antioxidant?
    Yes, GSH levels decrease as we get older, coupled by daily stressors and illnesses thereby causing an imbalance between free radicals and GSH levels.
